Samsung Notification fault....when be fixed.

Why aint Android sorting this Notification fault out.
I know of 5 people (friends) that has the same problem.
Very very slow to come through or when i unlock phone there stacked up waiting to be received then they all come through (Amazon/Ebay/Emails etc.
My phone has been all checked and done everything from just leaving the few apps,checking everything and i mean everything is not on or off,even complete restore like new phone.
Galaxey s21 ultra and mainly all samsung phones like s10/s20 and more.
Iphone is instant as put it side by side.
Just a complete pain.

That may have more to do with how you have your phone set up, rather than a general Android problem, because I never have that issue with my Pixel 7 Pro.

Do you have any power-saving modes turned on? Or any 3rd party "RAM booster" or battery saving apps installed?

Does this happen in Safe Mode? www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/. You'll only be able to test preinstalled apps (like your email app), but if the notifications come through immediately in Safe Mode, then it suggests that some 3rd party app you installed is causing the issue.

My iPhones and Androids perform equally and if one of each are in use at the same time, make their notification sounds in near synchrony. I see no problem.

I've seen no such problems on my S8s, S9s or current S20 FE. Texts are instant. Emails hit my S20 FE before even my PC. It may just be seconds before, but still...

There are many threads on this and for previous Samsung and newer ones .
It's not going be a easy task as it will take time to diagnose this .
The way it sounds after unlocking the phone they pour in afterward is check WiFi and mobile data connection.

Make sure no VPN/Ad blocker/antivirus/app booster or cleaners/malware application.

Can reset network, reset app preferences, reset settings not factory reset as u don't that already , special access notification not adaptive many many more setting to check not to mention device care apps put to sleep , power save mode and such
