It's part of the Pie update for Samsung. You can sign up for beta or wait for the update.

The US uses the Samsung+ app, not Samsung Members app. The beta has not been announced there yet. You can download on Play Store or Galaxy Apps.

Youll know just visit here and also Sammobile.com and XDA-Developers for news.

Like Oreo it is not avaible in all countries. And this year the beta won't hit USA until later this month.
Not a lot of time and rollout they hope for January.
