Samsung Pay at the pump

Woohoo . For the first time I tried the trick with sticking your license in the card reader at the pump-first try didn't work. Tried again and it worked! So cool I can pay at the pump now with my phone. Made my evening lol.

Please explain further, I have had no idea you could use Samsung Pay at the pump.

Ok. I got the phone ready for paying, slid the license in and held the phone to the front of the reader. I'm feeling geeky today because these kind of things I get a kick out of. After sliding card in I held the phone over the end for like a second then pulled the card out. Bingo.

Did It matter which way you put the license in if it has a magnetic strip?

That's the last Frontier for me. The only place I have consistently been unable to use Samsung Pay. I always thought it was the completely vertical alignment. Nice catch and thanks for sharing.

Well I slid it in the way the photo shows to slide a card you'd normally pay with. I see someone else posted a detailed tutorial which is great!
