Samsung Pay, Galaxy 8 international unlocked

I am hoping someone can answer this one. I will be getting and unlocked S8 but didn’t know it was the international version. And I’m wonder if Samsung Pay will work? I live in the US. If not I will be returning it as 5hat was a big selling point for me

I purchased the unlocked S8+ from Best Buy. I have had no problem using Samsung Pay. Works fine.
