Samsung Pay in the UK?

Hi Guys,

So it's been ages since we were meant to get Samsung Pay in the UK, and still no luck. Has anyone heard any rumors about when we might actually get it?

I remember Samsung saying about, Samsung Pay will be available in UK in the coming months. That was March 2016. I think they mentioned about it before March for the UK market but haven't since shared an update on the progress.

I wonder if Samsung stopped progressing due to MasterCard not wanting to support Samsung with MST technology, as they thought it's backwards and not as secure as contactless
