Samsung pay not working correctly

Hi,

I have Samsung pay installed, card added and set up with my bank. When I pull it up and scan it on card reader, I get the beep and the card reader then asks for a pin. I then have to put in my bank pin for it to go through except I don't get credit for it through the app.

I didn't think I had to put my bank pin in. I thought it would just scan and work.

Thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

Ask Clerk to run as credit not debit

you should be able to hit either X or Green Checkmark (something like that) to bypass pin and use as Credit.

Nate - basically think of it as a Visa/MC Debit card - when you want to use it as credit and not debit, it's pretty much the same process.

I got it working thank you. So I have to scan it then hit the credit button. Transactions are showing in Samsung pay now.
