Hey, new to samsung. I just found out about samsung pay and successfully registered an Amex card. But then when I unsuccessfully attempted to register a chase card (i know, not supported), my Amex card disappeared. I had to re-register the card. Then I tried to add another unsupported card and the amex card disappeared again. Anyone else having this problem? I'm getting tired of calling amex to verify the card over and over. THANKS!

Idk. My question would be why are you trying to add an unsupported card?

The definition of insanity: repeating the same behaviors and expecting a different outcome. Sorry, I had to.

Unsupported does not mean maybe it will or maybr it won't work. Its most likely a security feature to prevent fraud. Id quit trying to add unsupported cards.

Are you trying the card and finding out it's unsupported or you know it's unsupported and still trying?

Adding an unsupported card doesn't solve the disappearing Amex issue. I've tried adding unsupported cards -- just to see what would happen -- and my Amex didn't disappear.

Then perhaps something may have gone screwy during the install. Maybe an uninstall, reboot, clear cache, and reinstall might solve his issue.

Personally me, I would just keep the card that works on it and leave the one that doesn't in my wallet.
