Just called cause my charger cover will not click close anymore, it's just dangling. Very annoying. They said they could repair it but I have to send it in. Problem is it will take over 10 business days! It's my only phone, do not have a land line or another phone. I'm on verizon, do not have any old working cells.
I use it for personal and business. How do they expect me to function without a phone for over 2 weeks. Anyone have this problem with can it be resolved with a different solution? Thanks, any help would be great.
