samsung precedent wont charge

[AC Question]

I used my gps on the precedent while plugged into my car. Now a day later I tried to plug
it into the wall to charge and while it says its charging it really is not Any solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a different charger? Or a different wall outlet? How do you know it really isn't charging?

The battery could be failing, so trying a new battery is another option. A quick test is to remove your current battery, lay it flat on a table, and try to spin it. If it spins freely, it's bulging in the middle, which is a bad sign.

Try other chargers. If you still can't get a charge, then it probably is the USB port.
