Samsung premiere: one to one

So with the Samsung direct purchase of the S9 you get one month free of their version of insurance. With that insurance comes one hour a month of one to one tutorial/help they come to you anywhere. Just called and set up a appointment for Monday they had availability for Sunday. The can schedule a one to one faster then they can get a Sprint sim card to me. Don't know if I should be impressed or just shrug. The next opportunity for disappointment will be the techs skill set. Supposedly they are trained will be interesting to see. I'm not really having any trouble or difficulty but it's free so why not try.
They would help as far as a swap goes or teaching iphone to Android people so might be worth it for some of those.
Does anyone have any experience with Samsung premiere or one to one ?
