Samsung Qi Quick Charging station use

good day from Cyprus (and sorry for my English as it's not my native language)

Just received Samsung Qi Quick Charging station from amazon and going to keep it in the office. See that it keep charging the phone all the time I put it on. Does it somehow affecting phone's battery life in long terms? Let's say I get full juice, then walk around the office, some chats, calls, projects discussions etc...coming back with 97% put it back and it start charging again. Shall I bother to unplug the cable from the stand when I don't want it to charge the phone or no need to worry? Not a big issue but I'm concerned since going to keep the phone at least next 2 and more years and battery life is very important with my job.

The charging won't affect the battery in the long run, it is most likely the heat, if any, that might affect it. For that reason I would put it off charger when at 97%
