Samsung Qi Wireless Charger

I've got a Galaxy S6, the official charger that came with the S6 and the official wireless charger. I get a blinking green light when I plug the wireless charger in which indicates the wall charger is under 2A, but the charger is (it's the official charger which Samsung have confirmed is sufficient).

Anyone got any advise?

Re: Samsung Qi Wireless Charger

Check your cable. I've had issues with faulty cables where the stock charger will not supply enough current. Once I replaced the cable, it worked without issues.

Are there any ways to check the cable or is it just best to take it in store.

Ok so I took my phone out of the case again and this time it went to a solid green. I have the official S View case, isn't that meant to be compatible?

Re: Samsung Qi Wireless Charger

It should be, but I haven't seen anything that says otherwise... You might have to place it differently when you have the case on then. Try placing it lower or higher or sideways to see which one works best.

Without the case if I place it with the top of the phone too low on the charger, it will blink.

Re: Samsung Qi Wireless Charger

It will only charge with a blinking light in a pretty central position, any higher or lower and charging pauses.
