Samsung Rewards Prepaid Visa

I see Samsung Rewards is offering cash back at select retailers when you use Samsung Pay. Do they automatically generate a card for you when you start earning cashback or do you have to request one somewhere?

It's not on a card - The cash back remains on your Samsung Pay app, the only way to redeem it is through another purchase with the app... There'll be an option when you decide to use it.
