Samsung S10e - Alarms are not going off in the morning when sound is turned off at night.

Need help figuring out new phone. Upgrading from Samsung S7.

1. Regular alams are not working each morning. I turn the sound down to vibrate at night. All I get in the morning is the vibration. I've been all over the phone to see if I can identify the problem. HELP! I don't want to have to buy an alarm clock!

2. BUT even though I've turned the phone down to vibrate, some random phone calls have been cutting through the sound off and ringing. Most of them spam calls. Annoying!

What am I not doing here?

Good morning! Yes, whatever comes with the phone. It's from the included clock and alarm sound options. On my S7, I used to set the alarm, turn down the sound, and the alarm would still go off in the morning. It actually sometimes works, but mostly not.

Ok try resetting this alarm app , to do that long press it then tap info scroll to storage and clear it's data,cache and force stop it and set your alrams up again retest.

You should really try Do Not Disturb rather than going to vibrate only. DND has much more flexibility in how you allow texts and calls to come through and shut out others. Your alarms will come through just fine.
