SAMSUNG S10e DEAD SCREEN...

Wife's Sam S10e phone...
Dead screen...
I know its getting power ...Connected to PC and rebooted.. Can hear USB handshake. Tried the hold down power/Volume up/down buttons to force boot the phone.
Not sure cost on replacing display.. After all the Samsung phones we've owned over the years. never had an issue.. only had a screen burn in.

We only want to salvage the photos off the phone...
Is there any software/website that can access the data without allowing access to the phone...
Any ideas?

Just to be sure -- the photos weren't saved to an SD card, right?

Were the photos being backed up automatically to Google Photos or the Samsung account?

I checked the SD card, google photos, etc.

Nothing
I believe they may be sitting on the internal memory of the phone

A dead phone can still register as something on a PC if you connect it via USB (but it can't be accessed that way). It'd be helpful to know if it's really just the screen that's dead. If you try to power the phone on, does it make any sound or vibration? If you call the phone, does it ring?
