I didn't actually get to the trade in part before I abandoned my pre-order that why im curious

I traded s10+ The highest was the Note ......Highest value is £450

I just tried on samsung.ie and latest phone they take as trade in is S10/+ and you get 500 Euro value, no Note 10 trade in

Has anyone managed to order through the upgrade program yet? I got the s10 with it last year. I was able to log in but the page wouldn't load, now I get a not eligible message.

Am I just trying too early?

Strangely I also haven't received a single email from Samsung about the new phones, pre orders or upgrade program.

Did you register, they let you put all in cart with trade in to confirm price..but have to wait til 2/21

I'm trying to go through the upgrade program so I'm already registered I think. I get as far as logging in and seeing that the upgrade is available.

I've seen some other posts of people having big problems with the upgrade program so I'm waiting a few days before I try again.

Just go to the Samsung site or use the Samsung Shop app if you have a Samsung device.
