My Samsung S3 i9300T Vodaphone's camera flash flashes for not apparent reason when i charge it, and when I touch it, it is very hot. Help please, this is very annoying.

Did your phone just get the update to 4.3 when this behavior started?

No. my phone is still running on 4.1.2 jelly bean

Time to visit your local corporate store or Samsung Repair Centre - sounds like a hardware problem.
