Samsung s3 turns off bluetooth by itself

Hi,

I have problems with bluetooth turning off by itself while I am listening to Audible books or podcasts with DoggCacher. I have a Nokia BH-504 and Jawbone ERA headsets and the problem is with both. Any idea how to fix? Or can I log what turns it off? Or lock it on?

I read somewhere that a factory reset might fix it. Haven't tried hat yet. Can I backup everything on the phone, reset it and restore? Will that just restore the problem as well? How do I just backup data (sms/call log and other stuff that is only on the phone)? I could the reset it, restore, reinstall programs and set them up.

Any ideas are welcome as this is getting annoying ;-)

You can try an app called carbon to backup your info. Then I would get in your computer download Odin and restore your phone to factory settings. After that reinstall carbon and put all of your info back on the phone.

You can also use the Kies software on your PC - unlike almost every solution out there it can backup/restore MMS.

Thanks for letting me know. I haven't used it in forever so I figured it was still called carbon.
