Samsung S4 Camera Photo Orientation Problem

My S4 phone takes pictures/videos ok.

The phones gallery app shows the pic/video orientation correctly. When you save the file to a computer, the picture file shows up as a landscape image with incorrect orientation.

Please can someone tell me how I can fix this problem?
