samsung s4 camera query

Hi guys. I just switched from my iPhone to s4 and so far loving it. My question is the camera results from my iPhone was much better than s4. The image size for iPhone pic is 3 mb and no matter What pixel size I select for s4, it sills results in 100+ kb size. Can someone please help me out with how to get improved quality image?

That's strange... My pictures look great and the picture size is always around 2MB. In the camera settings make sure you're selecting an appropriate size (I use 8M (3264x2448).

Go to the camera settings and make sure the photo size it as 13M (4:3)
