AC Question
I got a replacement Samsung S4 phone recently. Now it won't save changes made to contacts or add new contacts after I've hit the save button. It might be there for a little while, then changes and new contacts are gone. I've deleted contacts and there are back on too.
Under my contacts, I have my hotmail/outlook contacts, gmail, etc. What is this Microsoft active sync? I had 22,000 contacts under this site as 'contracts to display'. Had hundreds of blank contacts under this and my contacts multiplied. I had to go in and manually delete and change the settings for contacts to All contacts. T-Mobile rep. can't tell my why this is happening nor tech support. hope someone knows the answer to this problem. Does it have anything to do with me having a email app under the old hotmail and I added the new outlook version too? Haven't removed old hotmail app on my phone yet. Tech support though that could be a problem. Not sure how that would affect my contract problem.
