Samsung S4 messages and phone log missing after Backup and Reset

I was having terrible battery life after 5.0.1 update and did backup and reset Factory Reset. After coming back up, the apps all reinstalled as advertised but my sms messages, contacts and phone logs are all gone. I'm logged into my Google account and can access gmail just fine.

How do I recover these items? It's a business phone and there's information I can't replicate from other sources.
