I have already downloaded the Facebook app and successfully linked all of my contacts with their respective Facebook profiles. So, in my "Contacts" section, each of my phone contacts now shows their Facebook picture.

However, when I go to the "Messages" section on my phone, contact image still shows blank. I have already reinstalled the Facebook app and synced several times...still not working. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Rmedy21,

Yes, I have tried several times. Still not showing anything

It does show photos for people who have photos on their gmail accounts (I have my contacts synced with my Gmail contacts) as well as anyone I manually inserted their picture. It's just not showing my Facebook contacts' images

You don't get pictures with Message+ but you will with Message.
Go to settings - Applications - Default Applications - Messages then choose Messages with the Yellow and White Icon.
Then go to your home page and remove the red icon Message+ and replace it with the Yellow and White Icon in your quick bar.

That should do it.

You might also try a different messaging app.

I am using Textra because it does more of what I want a SMS app to do.
ie, always download attachments to the /Downloads folder to prevent accidental image loss when a message is deleted.
