I am guessing you meant to say that you bet it will have 1.5 GB, which makes no sense. It will have a minium of 2, more likely 3 GB

Obviously Samsung knows what they are doing.But it feels like a bad move to me. As it is S5 and Note 3 are doing great as expected. Why do they need to release one new model which will compete with S5 and Note 3. All they need to do is improve Touchwiz on S5 to pull in some performance demanding android buyers.
