Samsung S6 Edge from T Mobile to Bell. How to disable VoLTE.

I have Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Originally it was on T mobile network. It works on Bell network in Canada but when data is on I can not talk. Some time I can talk for few minutes before voice starts to break or call becomes one sided. Some time this happens very quickly. The problem could be due to VoLTE features but this phone has no option to disable/unable this feature.
