Samsung S6 Galaxy broadcasting or under remote viewing/influence?

Samsung S6 Galaxy, should be updated because I recently did a factory reset when I started using it last week. My questions is: phone seems a little hacky like someone is mirroring or has remote viewing and control. Then I found this: Settings, Advanced IPsec VPN, VPN Client, Log, Application = rows and rows of IPsec VPN client and IPsec Remote Connection. Etc, etc...
Is this normal guys?

Mine is empty. So I would guess that is not normal.
