Samsung S6 touchscreen not responding after replacement of the screen, how can I fix it?

Hello all,

I have replaced my screen at a Samsung shop few weeks back, but I'm having problem with the touchscreen now, it often doesn't respond.

Sometimes it works few minutes then it freezes again.

I have tried many times to fix it by force rebooting it and still it doesn't change anything.

Unfortunately, I'm on a travel and I don't have the opportunity to go bac to the shop that changed my screen.

I doubt that there is anything you can do to fix it yourself, but I'll request a move to the S6 forum in case other users can think of anything. However it will be for the Moderators to decide whether or not to move.

Did you replace the glass panel, or the touchscreen beneath it?
