Hey everyone,
I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 phone. The phone will not boot up. It will only show me the Samsung logo when you first cut it on. Tried doing all kind of reset. I really dont want to hard reset it. Not until I can get the pictures off. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this issue or at least tell me how I can get my pictures off the phone. The pictures are from the birth of my kid 11 days ago so I really want to do everything I can to get them off. Thank You for any help.

Have you held the power button down for at least 30 seconds or more to see if that works? Also, you can hold down power and volume down button to bring up safe mode and then get into your phone that way to get your pictures. Sometimes just bringing it up in safe mode fixes the problem, at least it has for me in the past.
There is also holding down home button and volume up, then holding power button until a different boot screen comes up that will give you choice to "clear cache partition." You might not need to go this far though, bringing up in safe mode, as mentioned prior, might be enough.
Once you get back in your phone, set your photos to always upload to Google Photos from now on and you'll never lose a picture again! :)
