My Samsung S7 is running nougat 7.0 and is dumping battery, losing as much as 45% in 1-2 hours with zero usage. Cpu usage is typically 90%+ with no apps running and zero personal use.

I've tried clearing cache via storage menu and with DOS mode.

Downloaded GSAM and have all the information avail from charts, etc. Not sure how to post these screen shots though.

App usage indicated in the first screenshot seems awfully high. Is there any more information behind that number to indicate which app(s) are consuming so much power? I suspect one of your apps is churning away in the background.

Welcome to the forums. I agree with djrakowski, that's a very high app usage percentage. I recommend you to check your battery stats from the settings instead of Gsam and see which app(s) are top of the list.
