Samsung S7 hotspot no internet?

Samsung s7 hotspot no internet

My Samsung s7 hotspot was working fine, but today went to hotspot to a laptop and would connect but have no internet access. Tried to hotspot to my iPad to check and does the same.

Trying to hotspot via wifi
Phone is unlocked
Have 9gb data left
Mobile data is turned on
Phone will access internet when not hot spotting.
Have deleted and reinstalled hotspot setting name and password
Have rebooted phone.

Yes laptop shows a ser cure connection bur no internet access.
I,m not sure about tethering allowance settings but phone is set to no mobile data limit.
