Android Central Question

So my Samsung S7, which I got 3 months ago, has been doing this for the last few days - it shows a normal lock screen, but when I slide up to type in my password, the keyboard doesn't open (sometimes neither does the camera). The Emergency call still works fine though, so I don't think it's a screen problem. However, whenever I restart it and have to enter my password (as I have the secure start mode on), the keyboard opens and works just fine - the phone starts and automatically goes to home screen, where it has no problems opening any apps/ responding in general and even opens whatsapp's emoji keyboard - just not the regular one. After a minute or so, though, the screen will go black and it will show a padlock opening with green and blue spinning circles around it, which appears for 4-6 seconds and then immidiately shows my normal lock screen (from where I have to restart the phone again...). I'vé tried leaving it totally without battery but when I switched it on again, the same issue appeared.

The first time it did this, the Keyboard reappeared after 15 minutes and I was able to use it regularly for the following days, but then it started to do this every two hours and eventually the Keyboard stopped opening and hasn't returned since this morning.

I don't know what could be causing this - A few days ago I enabled the power saving mode and the airplane mode at the same time, maybe it's a glitch in the software? Is it just updating on something and this will be fixed if I leave it in airplane mode?

I'm having similar issues. I have my phone on Airplane mode, as I am away from the states and mostly using it for games and wi-fi. I was told to take it off Airplane mode to complete a purchase for a bus ticket. Then I received an update push. Ever since I updated the phone is going into that screen with the lock with the blue and green circle, ever minute and 38 seconds. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, it just shuts everything down and goes into the screen. Did you find a solution?
