Samsung s7 restart loop stuck

I have a Samsung galaxy s7 from t-mobile, it begin to mess up and well it froze. It is not rooted, as far as i know. I tried to restart it and it would not do it, so i ended doing a factory reset, and even erased the cache from the booting screen. Now it made it worse, it is stuck in an infinite loop. All that comes up is the Samsung loading screen and then shuts down. Not sure what else i can do, can anyone help? I am not the greatest at technology, but i can follow directions.
