Samsung S8 completely shuts down at night

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung S8 will sometimes completely shut down in the middle of the night. This causes my alarm to not go off in the morning and it caused me to be late to one of my classes! I checked the auto restart option in settings, and I have it set to Sundays, which is fine because I dont need an alarm that day, but today is Wednesday and my phone had shut down last night. One more thing, this isn't a normal shut down because it doesn't turn back on by just pressing the power button, I also have to hold down the volume buttom along with the power button. If anyone knows whats happening, or if I have a setting thats making it do this, please let me know!
