Samsung S8 half black circle "shortcut settings"

This has been recently popping up. It never did til about a few weeks or so ago. And I'm not sure why it started, or how. Or even how to make it stop...
HELP!!!

Welcome to the forums. That looks like the swipe menu included in apps like ES File Explorer, Clean Master, My Camera and many others. See this thread for more ideas.
