Samsung S8, how to stop getting error message "ready to connect when network quality improves".
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 that I am trying to get to work with a wireless endoscope. The endoscope puts out its own WiFi signal. I get connected to the endoscope, but I get the message in my wireless connections, after it connects: "Ready to connect when network quality improves"
Nothing happens after that. The wifi light on the endoscope is supposed to flash if it has a connection. It does not. So, there is something going on with the S8 that will not allow the traffic through between the endoscope and the phone.
The endoscope works. I can connect to it with other Android devices. I want to connect to it with my S8.
Other research I have done, people suggest going into the Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > ADVANCED, and turning of the Smart Switch. But this version does not have Smart Switch.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Thank you.
