I have a really irritating issue that has started happening 2 months ago on my S8.
When I get a notification of any sort, intermittently when I pull down the notification bar it doesn't open fully to show the notification. When this happens the date on the top of the notification bar is also cut off.
This happens 30% of the time. If I get another notification or if I take a screenshot which also appears as a notification it then works.
I have tried deleting the cache but no luck.

Any ideas?
