Samsung S8+ Notification Setting

Where is the option for a text notification to be a phone vibration only? I don't want a ringer for text messages, but I want it to vibrate only. Only time a text vibrates is if I turn the whole phone to vibrate only. Did Samsung get rid of this option?

Assuming that you're referring to the stock Samsung messages app...

Open the app, go to Settings. Enable Notifications, then tap. Set the notification sound to "Silent" and enable "Vibrate when sound plays". That should do it.
