Samsung S8 - Notifications Not Appearing on Always On Display Screen Screen

[AC Question]

For the last two days my app icon notifications have stopped appearing on the always on display screen. I've tried checking the settings page for AOD and it still shows that i've selected the AOD display that shows notifications. I've also checked each apps own notifications and they are still set to show. Does anyone have any ideas how to get them back? The LED light still flashes when I have a notifications just no app icon notification?

Welcome to the forum. Have you adjusted or set a battery saver lately? That will disable many of the notifications on the S8.
