The stock Samsung should be straight forward like any other film protector.

I never realized how bad the factory thing was until I saw it getting dinged up pretty quickly--given that I rocked my S9+ naked and never had a scratch.

Then I pulled it off and saw how bad it really is. I put a Zagg on; so far so good.

Had to redo my fingerprints. No big deal. Other than that, it's a real screen protector. That plastic factory thingie is useless.

I used the expensive glass one, and just had the Zagg guy at the mall put it on. Works great.

Yes, take your time!!! And I can assure you things will go well.. use fingers to work any air bubble out. I used and old rubber wedge I had from another screen protector company and wow that thing pushed all bubbles out. Just like new. See below my post. That thing there.

Looks like this. This helped push out any air bubbles the Samsung Screen protector seem to be stubborn.
