That would depend on the account you backed them up to and why they disappeared in the 1st place

Welcome to Android Central! Are these from the stock Samsung Memo app, from Google Keep, or from some other 3rd party memo app? If you were using a memo app that syncs or backs up somewhere on the cloud (like Google Keep), then check on the web. If you were using an app that doesn't sync or back up anywhere, then the memos are gone.
