Samsung SM-t211 stuck on bootlogo

[Android Central Question]

My samsung tab SM-t211 had become very slow. I tried to bring it to the recovery mode by pressing power+volume up+home button. Nothing happened. it reboots into system again. pressing home+volume down +power is also not working for download mode. But after enabling usb debugging, I used adb commands "adb reboot recovery " and "adb reboot download" commands to boot into recovery and download modes. I installed cwm recovery using odin. Then I did a format data, system, etc . That was the mistake. Now tab is stuck with boot logo and computer device manager detects it as usb composite device. I can't go recovery, download and adb is not detecting device. Samsung 300K tool also notworking. Any ideas to install the rom again through this usb composite device. Odin shows com3 but can't connect and hence not usable
