samsung SM-T530NU Tablet has unresponsive screen

A

AC Question

Hello! My Samsung Model SM-T530NU Tablet has an unresponsive screen. I have rebooted it, cleared the cache partition, and gone into safe mode. None of it has worked, whenever the tablet turns on I cannot interact with the screen anywhere, or in any way. It wasn't exposed to water (as far as I know) and it hasn't been dropped recently. It has a smart case, which I removed incase it was causing the freeze. How can I tell if the screen is outright broken, or if it needs to be completely reset? The last option I can think of is to let it's battery run out and go from there. Is there any way I can fix this, or at least find out what the problem is? Thanks in advance!

It may be that the digitiser, or some related circuitry or component, has failed.

Is there any way I can check? Or would my best bet be to bring it in to a shop and have someone check it out?

Welcome as a new member. :)

Yes, I think it would call for the diagnostic skills of a repairer.
