Samsung Smart Call

Is there a way to enable Samsung Smart Call on a carrier locked Note 10, like my AT&T Note 10? I know the carriers have their own thing installed like AT&T Call Protect. But I've heard and read about the Smart Call feature and I like that much better. I have found it installed on my phone, but seems not enabled and no way to do so.

It seems to be both firmware and CSC dependent. You need both to support the feature to see it.

As of late, you either need the right SIM card to activate the CSC required, or you can use a utility like Samkey (search XDA developers forums for lots more details on where and how to get it.) I used Samkey myself to change the CSC of my phone from BRI (firmware default) to TGY.
