I received a warranty replacement for my Note 9 a month ago, and one of the concerns for these certified refurbished replacement phones is the condition of the used battery. Sammy doesn't pop in a fresh new battery with their certified phones. Got the Note 9 running well with all the transfer of info but into the third and fourth weeks, began to notice the battery was not holding its charge well. I'm a hard business user and the phone had to be fast recharged two to three times a day. Contacted Verizon, they made an appointment with local Ubreakitifixit, they called Sammy and woila... got a new, factory fresh battery for the warrantied Note 9. Kudos to both VZ and Sammy!
