Welcome to Android Central! First, try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html.

If the problem persists, then try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-18895

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Hi..Thanks for the reply.
I charged the battery up to 100% with the phone off, then follow the GUIDE you provide, but the system stop there when the logo appear..even I tried to off it it still reboot till the logo appear and stop there. I even try to press the Start and volumn down button, there is a screen with downloading words but it still stop there... So I have no choice to send my phone to repair shop.. I m not sure what the technician guys did to the phone but they did open up the case...at the end they told me is the hardware problem and now it totally cannot start up...black out...

It sounds like what you were initially experiencing was all symptomatic of the impending hardware failure. Are you going to get it repaired, or just get a new device? The Tab 2 is pretty old, so paying to repair it might not be worth it--especially since you can get a Tab 4 for around $120 these days.
