Samsung tab 2 freezing on lock screen

Ok well the above totally worked. But, now when i shut down and start my tab 2 back up its freezing on the lock screen. Ive tried power and volume up, it works after doing it like three times. It still frezzing on the lock screen even if I dont shut down and the lock screen comes on, it will freeze it up. Anyone know what i can do to fix this permanently? Please help. Thanks Gayla

Welcome to Android Central! We can't be sure of what you're referring to, because you must have initially posted as a Guest. It would be ideal if you found your original post and added on to the thread. Either that, or summarize what the issue was and what you did.

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html. Sorry if that's what you already did.
