Samsung Tab 3 7.0 connects to pc but not able to access after update to windows 10

First off, hello to all and thanks for any help you can give me.

I have a Alienware 17" laptop/ intel 17-4710HQ 2.50ghz/ 8GB ram/ 64 bit 1tb HD

I bought a tab 3 7.0 7 days ago and at the time i was running windows 8. I plugged up the tablet to the usb and it worked just fine i could transfer files just like it was a mounted hd, the other day i decided to upgrade to windows 10 and after the upgrade when i connect the tab i hear the ding letting me knwo that i has connected and i even see the little icon letting me know its instaling the drivers. after that nothing.

i went threw the troubleshooting i.e downloading updated usb/samsug/and windows drivers. i downloaded samsung kies and smart switch updated those as well once i connect my tab and turn on kies or smart switch is says connecting to device and is will lock there for around 5-10 min and the says error cannot connect to device please unplug usb and try again. I have called smasung and all they say is update driver and download smart switch, all so after the update when i connect it to my usb 3.0's it just connects and disconnects over and over every sec, pleas any help will be appreciated

Try uninstalling EVERYTHING Samsung related from your PC and the start from scratch with the drivers.
