Samsung tab 4 charging fault

[AC Question]

I have had trouble charging my tablet and it has been showing red on the charge icon try turning off your tablet but keep hold of the on/off button for 20 seconds it worked for me mine came back on showing a full charge I think the ^red light^ must mean stop charging ? Anyway it worked for me .
