Samsung Tab A6 keyboard not working.

My wifes tablet will no longer show the keyboard on any app that requires the keyboard. When in the "all apps" tab it constantly says computing when referring to the cache or storage used and will not allow to be forced stopped. any solutions?

Do a cache wipe. Turn off the device, then press and hold the home and volume up button then the power on button. Use the volume keys to navigate to wipe cache. Be careful because it's right next to the wipe data option. Use the power button to select. When done, reboot system.

have done that still no keyboard showing in any apps
