I am using my tab s from the past 9 months .Never had problems with it as I haven't downloaded much applications on my system .But i play the game marvel contest of champions on it and that;s the only game i have on it and now my tab gets overheated and gets hot and gets less responsive in between .And it takes as long as 7 to 8 hours to get my tab s fully charged and at times more than that .Can anyone please suggest me some remedy other than saying to delete the game.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

You can try to clear cache and app data on the app. Make sure to backup any critical data first

I am having the same issues as well with my Tab S 10.5 that I bought over a year ago. Just started doing it about 3 weeks ago. The area below the camera bump gets really warm, then the touch screen becomes unresponsive, and the battery sometimes takes more than 8 hours to charge. Did you ever get any assistance or info on your issue that could help me out?

Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced.

If it's out of warranty, here is a guide on how to replace the battery for the Tab S 10.5.

Try a new charger cable first for slow charging. It seem the cables sacrifice themselves instead of your jack receptacle wearing out.
Ive gone through quite a few......they wear out. Even a cheap one from the dollar store solves the problem (for awhile).
My last tab s I tried changing the battery would never work again.......if i would have known, i would've just replaced the charger cable.
As to the screen freezing, mine has also started doing that, but not because of overheating.
